Objective : Performs network support functions in an integrated mid-range, Enterprise class Windows 2000 Active Directory environment. Plan and supervise the day-to-day operation, administration, and all other activities of the local area network(s). Applications include COTS applications (e.g. MS-Office and Outlook) and specialized medical applications such as Meditech. User support functions include help desk telephone support, call/problem tracking and desk-side assistance to end users from all AAMC locations.
There is reasonable anticipation that employees in this position will not be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
4-year degree in field, AA degree + 3-years technical experience, or 5+ years technical experience
Technical certifications preferred (CNA, CNE, CSE, etc.)
