Superior customer service remains the backbone of United Rentals, therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. The manager is responsible for the supervision of branch operations to ensure continued and improved profitability. Responsibilities include: leading branch sales and operations, reviewing monthly financial reports to identify areas to improve key performance metrics, driving customer service to improve customer loyalty, maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring workplace safety. This is a hand on role where you work side by side with the employees you supervise.

Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position candidates should possess business management experience in sales and/or operations or be able to demonstrate that they are ready to take the step into a supervisory role. They should have experience dealing with customers and be able to demonstrate a high customer service focus. Candidates should be highly motivated, be organized, lead by example and communicate effectively. Experience working in a computerized environment, particularly with Microsoft office would be beneficial. A post secondary education, community college diploma or university degree is preferred.
