We are looking for a Construction Dispatch Manager to coordinate and support branch offices to ensure efficient operations.
Duties:The Construction Dispatch Manager will be:
Managing client job sites (5-15) weekly
Dispatching jobs to the field service crews.
Overseeing labor crews varying between (50-75) workers.
Receiving and recording field service requests.
Monitoring and organizing the work in process.
Opening and closing work orders.
Interacting and working with union workers.
Managing safety and compliance documentation.
Requirements:The Construction Dispatch Manager must:
Be bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent.)
Have a 2-year technical degree or comparable shop experience of several years.
Have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant/construction experience.
Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written.)
Be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel.)
Be able to demonstrate teamwork.
