POSITION: ASST. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER RAPID CITY, SD INTERESTS : Must be willing to relocate to Rapid City, South Dakota. Seeking individual for Food and Beverage Manager position to work for small award winning restaurant company. Need superior team building and people skills, guest relations skills, high energy and quality orientation. Able to develop team of managers. Able to monitor company standards. Need strong hands experience in : dining room, sports bar and banquet operations. Some kitchen experience preferred. Able to budget, control labor, bar and operational expenses.
