Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
This position is being recruited at the Advanced Competency Level under the Career Banding Program.This position is part time, .50FTE/20 hours per week. The prorated hiring range for this position is $18,000- $20,000, and the salary grade equivalent is 63.

**************************************************************************************************************************************************The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently, with an attention to detail, while meeting multiple competing deadlines with constant interruption. This person must be able to multi-task, ask for help when needed and have strong written and verbal skills. Ability to maintain multiple databases with guaranteed accuracy, and independent decision making skills and follow through on decisions is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
The primary purpose of the Licensure Assistant is to support activities related to the licensing of students being recommended for licensure by the School of Education. The Licensure Officer works under the direction of the Director of Student Affairs.
