POSITION SUMMARY |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible for implementing planned Activities for residents functioning within the state and federal regulations. Provide group and individualized activities for residents which are already planned to meet their needs according to plan of care with assistance as needed. Lead groups with preparation and clean up afterwards. Monitor resident responses responding appropriately. Communicate effectively with residents and others. Function as a team member.

- Prefer experience and knowledge in working with elderly people in Activities, arts/crafts or music helpful. Need good interaction skills with people.
