Join MTSU where you will assist the Associate Athletic Director for Fund Raising in all aspects of the Athletic Fund Raising program for the University's 17 NCAA Division I sports. Responsibilities include: day to day management of the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA) office to include supervising BRAA staff; develop, organize and implement the comprehensive annual membership campaign as approved by management for the BRAA; yearly recruitment of new donors and campaign volunteers; retain current members, develop renewal letters, invoices, personal calls, fulfillment of donor benefits, and all written correspondence; compose and send monthly newsletters and weekly email blast for the membership; assist the Associate AD with premium seating; stadium club functions and open air suite management during athletic events; maintain membership donor database and track revenue and memberships from donors; assist with all yearly events; golf tournaments, clay target, dinners, other fundraising functions; work in conjunction with the Ticket Office to develop and implement a ticket priority system to place donors in season ticket locations; cultivate prospects for BRAA in the Murfreesboro, Nashville and surrounding areas; assist with overall marketing of the athletic department and BRAA in mid-state area; assist in hospitality of donors and prospective donors throughout the year; and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
