Need:
The Data Center Facilities Manager

Applies understanding of Data Center Facilities to support an owner’s organization in the oversight and verification of facility O&M during both start-up and subsequent operation.

Helps ensure operations and maintenance instructions and guidelines are established and implemented.

Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and understands limits of authority while properly representing the client.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience with understanding

Data Center HVAC, Fire Suppression and Mechanical Systems; High Voltage Electricity, UPS, Backup Power Generation and Switched Power Systems; SCADA & EMCS Systems, Equipment Preventive Maintenance and Asset Management Systems; and Badge Access and Video and Intrusion Detection Security Systems.

Must be able to apply knowledge and analytical thinking to independently work through issues and articulate options for the client orally, graphically (Power Point) and text.

Qualifications

·

Bachelor's degree

in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management , IT or related field and 15+ years of related experience

·

Working Knowledge of Data Center Operations to include HVAC, Electricity, Generators, UPS, Fire Suppression, Burglar Alarm, Badge Access, Video and Intrusion Detection Surveillance Systems

·

Ability to engage multiple facility customers to determine their requirements and incorporate into the facility

·

Working Knowledge of Change Control process and enforcement

·

Working Knowledge of PC applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

·

Working Knowledge of CMMS (MAXIMO by IBM)

·

Excellent organizational and communication skills
