Conover, NC area!

Short Description:Assembles frames and other large
lounge units per quality and blue print specifications,
utilizing hand tools. Works as part of a team to build
completed frames or accessory items.
Complete Description:"1. Assembles forms or other large
lounge units per blueprint specifications. Utilizes hand
and air powered tools; occasionally uses wood working
machinery, if necessary.
2. Uses air and hand operated frame clamps.
3. Visually inspects products and pieces per quality
standards, ensuring each piece fits and functions
properly. Makes necessary adjustments and performs
repairs as necessary. Utilizes precision measuring
instruments such as tape measures and calipers.
4. Retrieves parts and materials as needed from
inventory. Completes appropriate department paperwork,
including monitoring production schedules and recording
assembled and/or sanded products to be sent to the next
department.
5. Lifts/moves materials, weighing up to 60 pounds,
utilizing material handling equipment as necessary.
6. Ensures and maintains the safety and cleanliness of
work area by performing housekeeping duties.
7. Meets daily production requirements.
Moderate exposure to dust and noise. Hearing protection
required. Caution required when using hand and air
tools."
