Analyze global scorecard performance metrics, including brand equity, innovation, value share performance and coincidence of purchase
Analysis of working capital metrics, including key ratios
Analyze and review international MD&A model submissions from Europe, AMEA, LAF and LAB. Assist in the transition of moving the MD&A model preparation from Corporate to divisions
Monthly volume reporting, including preparation and analysis of international monthly snack sales and volume reports, which are issued to senior management
Review of monthly Gatorade royalty reports
Annual Reporting
On an annual basis, prepare the following Europe, AMEA, LAF and LAB reports for PepsiCo's annual report.
Order of volumes
Net revenue and long lived assets by country
Gather/supervise information required for annual Gatorade Trust audit. Answer audit questions as required
Sustainability reporting (DJSI, CDP, WDP and Corporate Sustainability report analysis and review)
SOX
Completion of SOx documentation
SOx testing over controls of other groups as needed
Other
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current financial analysis processes.
Cross-train certain areas with other members of the financial analysis group
Ad hoc analysis as required
Work on special projects as needed
Normally Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 150+ credit hours
6+ years relevant financial accounting/reporting experience
Additional Preferred Education & Experience
CPA
Masters in Accounting or Business Administration
Public accounting experience with Big 4 firm
Thorough understanding of financial metrics Hyperion Enterprise and HFM experience
Foundational
Strong and established analytical and problem solving skills
Financial accounting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills which will allow for effective communications with senior management
