Responsible for the coordination of patient flow,
accurate registrations and point of service cash collections.
Responsible for entering demographic and financial information into
systems. Maintains good public relations with hospital personnel,
physicians and their staff, insurance companies and patients. Able to
function in a fast paced environment and works as part of a cohesive
team to provide excellence in customer service. Maintains good

Minimum High School diploma; One year registration experience in a
hospital setting or related field preferred.
Training: Minimum of 16 hours training with Quality Director
and 40 hours department orientation.
Other: Communication and interpersonal skills and customer service
skills required. Proficient computer skills. Medical terminology,
spelling accuracy and knowledge of third party requirements required.
Able to handle stressful situations. Must be flexible in work
