The primary responsibility of the Content Acquisition Manager for our Fashion vertical in New York City is to acquire new content by developing new clients and new revenue, as well as manage these sales processes for Rightster U.S.

Scope of Role

-Achieve or surpass sales quota with a focus on generating growth every month
-Research, qualify and identify target opportunities congruent with go to market strategy; Successfully close sales to achieve business plan targets
-Collaborate with Technical and Solution Delivery teams to ensure products are built, delivered and supported to uphold Rightster’s world-class standards
-Develop and deliver proposals, as well as relevant documentation and supporting materials for new and existing clients
-Build and maintain client relationships for all target opportunities

Experience and Attributes

-Ideally 5 years sales experience in the online video space
-Significant track-record of B2B sales for complex technology / enterprise software
-Demonstrable experience of developing solutions in partnership with clients and translating them into significant and ongoing sales
-Natural aptitude to generate creative and commercially scalable solutions
-Track record of hitting and over-achieving individual targets
-Experience developing relationships and closing sales in the NYC marketplace
-Ability to work collaboratively across all departments
-Demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct
-Self-starter with optimistic attitude and comfortable in a start-up environment
