As an integral part of the Global Marketing Organization's (GMO) Marketing Operations team (MOPS), the Senior Marketing Operations Analyst will support multiple concurrent initiatives and projects across the online channels. Generally, these initiatives are global in scope and can often require collaboration with Analytics team members supporting other functions, e.g. Finance, Analytics, Technology, Product, and Retail teams.
- Experienced in modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence including data sourcing through SQL interfaces
- Ability to professionally present and articulate the business value of complicated analysis to a diverse group of stakeholders
We want someone who's going to relish rolling up his sleeves to tackle problems that probably haven't been tackled before to unearth new insights and millions of dollars of economic opportunity. You relentlessly focus on driving action-oriented insights, rather than wasting time on "that's interesting" work.
This role will physically sit and onboard with our Global Analytics team, such that there's quick access and fluency with data sources and analytics/reporting tools that are critical for executing in this role. There will be a "dotted line" relationship to a manager in Analytics to ensure ongoing support/integration.

Provide data-drive support to Marketing Operations leadership to support multiple, concurrent business assessments for the Marketing Operations team.
Be an expert in marketing and customer data, analyze the full impact of marketing activities for multiple marketing channels across assigned web site/brand points of sale, and help internal customers in understanding trade-offs associated with the analytical solutions.
Proactively engage with stakeholders to assess existing and upcoming business needs and maintain regular communication to update stakeholders on progress made on projects
Make intelligent trade-offs between resources available and provide innovative solutions to customers even in situations where all the desired data may or may not be available.
Subject areas for analysis and recommendations for business action will include Return On Investment (ROI) for individual marketing channels, maximizing ROI across channels, optimizing marketing spend, and other areas, as assigned.
Has overall responsibility for many significant marketing reports and analytical projects and acts independently to ensure these meet marketing teams' needs.
Serving as a trusted commercial business partner, work collaboratively with business stakeholders and teams to optimize analysis and insights, and drive analysis that leads to insightful decision making that improves financial ROI for the business.
Share expertise and best practices with analytical functions across business to develop sound strategies to deliver on future projects.
