This position is under the supervision of the District Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining account aesthetics.
TYPE OF SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The Seasonal Sales position reports directly to the District Sales Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
Must be responsible for maintaining account aesthetics. (zoning, alphabetizing, maintain modular integrity)
Stock and zone product per current merchandising guidelines.
Excellent rapport building skills with customer/consumer, associates and store personnel are necessary.
A sense of urgency is required in order to respond to immediate concerns.
Communicate to the District Sales Manager on a daily basis as to all activities accomplished.
Flexible work shifts based on store requirements and needs, with a minimum of 6 to 19 hours per week.
Required to work each Saturday including the Saturday before a holiday.
Work overnight projects in stores where needed.
Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:
Will lift objects and product up to a maximum of 75 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking
Work performed will include fine manipulation of hands or fingers, as well as repetitive hand action
Work performed will include bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility
Access to webcam preferred
Owner of smart device preferred
