Provide support for Network and Outside Engineering systems.
Responsibilities
Resolve complex system problems or escalate to internal/external organization.
Ability to script/program in multiple programming languages.
Provide technical training sessions on engineering applications as needed.
Provide on-call and shadow support to engineering and customer service.
Perform configuration changes in response to client issues.
Produce Network diagrams or maps as needed.
Perform cleanup of Plant records as needed.
Qualifications
Understanding of spatial data and systems
Programming skills
Strong SQL skills
Preferred knowledge in Java, Oracle, Oracle development tools, ESRI
Knowledge of engineering back office systems and relationships
CAD experience preferred
Strong customer service and communications skills
Ability to manage multiple project and responsibilities
Preferred bachelor or associate?s degree in CAD or Computer Information Systems
