Achieve annual sales objective assigned by the Vice President of Sales and build customer acceptance of Spinneybeck and it's products to ensure future growth through increased market penetration and new market development.;Primary Responsibilities - ;Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. ;Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and advertising insertions. ;Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. ;Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. ;Identify and resolve client concerns. ;Participate in marketing events and trade shows as requested. ;Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. ;Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Educational Requirements: BA/BS Marketing/Business degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: Requires three to five years selling experience, preferably in the contract furniture industry.
Essential Job Functions: Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.;Ability to develop and deliver presentations. ;Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ;Visibility requires overnight travel to potential and existing clients.
