Save the Children
The Procurement Specialist supports USP with the development and maintenance of the procurement process. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for identifying operations projects and implementing and monitoring the systems they support. The Procurement Specialist communicates and assists with analysis and drafting USP policies and procedures, develops agreements and manages USP-wide vendor relationships, and guides the process of large-scale procurements. The position holder is responsible for routine staff trainings including but not limited to, new employee on-boarding, operations systems, and policies and procedures.

System Management and Oversight
BA in Business Administration or related field Must have 3 to 5 years experience in purchasing or procurement, operations related field. Individual must enjoy communicating with people and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must also have strong analytical skills and ability to develop new procedures that will be more eficient.
