Develop & Maintain Relationships
Identify key influencers
Network and research to identify academic faculty, program directors, student organization leaders (ASDA)
Build database of key influencers for ongoing brand communication
Promote the company brand and take lead in delivering value proposition presentations in various settings
Serve as initial contact for students / residents / faculty / administration
Qualify & distribute
Conduct initial screening of students / residents to determine suitability and interest
Coordinate interviews between candidates, Territory TAMs and Hiring Manager
Strategy Execution - Execute strategy to meet business staffing plans. Provide consultancy in in support of business change and make recommendations for course correction to National Manager of TA.
Industry / school research
Evaluate school curriculums for strength in preparing new grads. Focus on schools yielding stronger grads
Analyze progress and results at assigned schools, identify best practices & make recommendations for future recruiting
Stay abreast new school / residency openings
Develop understanding of various compliance issues in the schools
Partner with team
Work closely with team to stay abreast hiring needs
Work with TA team to staff events
Coordinate interviews and office visits with Territory TAMs
Provide lead information to recruitment marketing for ongoing messaging
Regional tradeshow planning
Coordinate state and regional events as necessary.
Registration, booth selection, etc.
Actively recruit internal employees to participate as necessary (dentists, operations, etc.)
Trade / Industry relations
Partner with Recruitment Marketing to execute employment brand strategies with vendors / suppliers
Maintain and reaffirm the value of interactions with vendors and suppliers and evaluate ideas for strengthening partnerships
Henry Schein, Dentsply, P&G, ADEA, etc.
Partner with National Manager of TA to control school / industry relation event spending
Reporting and Analysis
Report on specific goals and measures for success of visits / dinners / programs
Leads, interviews, resulting hires
Manage candidate flow utilizing iCIMS
Facilitate information transfer to recruitment marketing
To map all key processes and look for opportunities for collaboration and eliminate redundancy across territories and regions
To identify opportunities to utilize current technology mediums to continue to drive the Aspen Brand to dental students Minimum Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in academia is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree
