Maricopa Orchards, LLC is seeking one or two entry-level management employees to assist the farm manager and other staff with oversight of day-to-day farming activities and related office work. Crops include almonds, citrus, raisins, pistachios and cherries. The position will report directly to the farm manager and will involve project management, oversight of and reporting on field activities and third party contractors providing custom services, as well as assistance in day-to-day farming and harvest activities. Desired skills include (i) five or more years working on a farm with large acreage (2,000+ acres), or (ii) a college degree in plant science (agronomy, plant health or general plant science) or graduation with a degree within one year.

The successful candidates will be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in a long-term career in agriculture working for a dynamic progressive farming operation.
