Personal Care Worker, Full-time or part time
This is a brand new position and opportunity for the right person.
Assess client needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, or pregnancy) before beginning services.
Escort guests to and from doctor appointment, hair salons, shopping, etc.
General House cleaning.
Dispose of trash and change linens, laundry, etc.
Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality client information.
Anticipate and address client needs; thank client with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by client/supervisor.
CNA, CMT experience a plus but, not required.
This care can include activities of daily living, encouraging and assisting clients in maintaining their optimal level of function.
Good attitude, willingness to work, reliable transportation with drivers license
Flexible schedule
The successful candidate will be a non-smoker, non drinker, non gambler, drug free and in good health.
