Company: We are a leading provider for wireless solutions for enterprises all over the US. We are based in Hoboken, NJ. Our office is a short walk from the PATH and Lightrail train stations.
Hours: This will initially be a part time position, which could lead to full time employment. The work hours will be 9am to 3pm.
Compensation: We offer very competitive hourly compensation.
Job Profile: Key functions will include sales support, customer service & orders processing.
- Work with the company’s outside sales reps to support their deals
- Process customers’ orders and other account requests
- Work closely with customers and provide support
Skills: The right candidate will possess the following.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills including using programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well in a small business environment
