Responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring gait training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education through an interdisciplinary approach. Utilizes rehab process to promote/restore optimal health to well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Bachelor or Master degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado state licensure or eligible for licensure within three (3) months
• BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification (must meet American Heart Association guidelines)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Successful completion of internships during last year of physical therapy school
• Computer skills
Must be available to work weekends. This position will be in a general acute hospital setting.
