Business Development Activities: Target prospective physicians through background research Recruit prospective physicians to attend Privia meetings Visit physician offices to secure sales appointments Coordinate lead generation activities with partners and distributors Schedule marketing appointments for Physician Sales Directors with prospective physicians Prepare follow-up materials after sales meetings Participate in finalizing physician agreements and closing prospects Track activities and deal stages in sales CRM Attend key physician/marketing meetings and conferences Maintain prospective physician pool through telephone networking and campaigns Marketing Activities: Manage marketing through select sub-markets Assist in development of targeted marketing campaigns Help establish system for tracking cost-per-acquisition of new physicians that affiliate with Privia Education " Experience: Bachelors Degree At least 2 years of full time work experience post college Excellent academic record Must possess at least two of the following: Leadership experience, Customer service experience, Experience working in a team environment, Sales or fundraising experience, Experience in an office setting Ideal Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email with top physicians and their staff Outgoing personality, relatable, likeable Experience calling on physicians offices (a plus but not required) Ability to successfully overcome challenges or obstacles Experience thinking through problems creatively Highly organized with fanatical attention to detail Highly resourceful Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities Proven ability to meet and exceed goals Compensation Attractive compensation package for strong performers, with a full range of employee benefits.
