The System Resources Specialist is responsible for the coordination of data management services at specific KYOne Health sites in accordance with professional standards and established procedures.
Position serves as primary customer service contact for all departments that have interfaces to the Lawson system. Will interact with customers internal and external to the department to assure items are loaded in a timely manner to support the needs of the customers.
They will work reports as assigned to resolve issues associated with orders.
This person is responsible to work with Supply Chain Operations, CHI National Procurement Support Services, CHI National Accounts Payable and Vendors to resolve issues associated with orders that arise.
Assist departments with item build, charge master, shopping list templates
Monitors Invoiced Not Received (INR) and Received Not Invoiced a timely manner
Works with on-site Supply Chain Management to identify and appropriately respond to and route request for new products
Reviews requisitions for contract compliance, process first requisition and communicates to requestor
Process item add forms working with CHI National Data Management
Completes new item request form, new vendor request form and request add
Works Charge Master error report
Works with CHI National Procurement Support to rush/overnight product
Assists with orientation of new employees to the automated Lawson System and Office Supplies
system and procedures
Provide local support that is aligned with KYOne Health Supply Chain and CHI National Supply Chain Initiatives
Follows established channels of communication in handling routine and non-routine problems, and recognizing issues that need referral to management
Exhibits a consistent commitment to continuous improvement, customer service and expense management
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline. The degree requirement may be waived depending on the amount of relevance of supply chain experience.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within Supply Chain Operations
General knowledge of inventory management systems/procedures as they relate to healthcare facilities
Knowledge of interfaces to third party systems
