The Area Sales Manager is responsible for making sales and generating revenue to meet or exceed budget expectations for four limited service hotels in the Oklahoma City Area consisting of 2 Marriott Fairfield Inn's a Hampton Inn and a Comfort Inn.
Position Requires: A Bachelor Degree or equivalent management experience. Strong team leadership. Good communication skills. Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Aggressive outside selling, cold calls, setting appointments. Outside/inside calls. Organizing Sales Blitz's. Scheduling sales appt.'s, and tours of the property.
