The Pastry Chef will oversee all aspects of the Pastry operation for our four outlet and Banqueting, Room Service, The Restaurant and Employee Restaurant, including menu planning and supporting the Executive Chef with food cost, hygiene/sanitation, recruitment, retention and development of the culinary team. The Pastry Chef will ensure the smooth running of the Pastry operation, maintaining the Four Seasons quality of product and service to all outlets, including the Employee Restaurant, giving impeccable service at all times and to provide management and leadership of the Pastry team.
Ideal candidate will be an existing Pastry Chef who is noted for being innovative and creative and who has the ability to create unique concepts with a proven track record of building, developing and leading a strong, diverse, dynamic and complementary team. Experience of working closely with the hotel PR team would be beneficial
