The University of Southern California Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator II to provide Departmental Administrative support as the key resource for the Chairman, Administrative Staff and Faculty. Will help organize departmental administrative functions, assist in creating department policies and procedures, and assist the Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer on a variety of projects. Supervise staff.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree
Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience:
3 years
Minimum Field of Expertise:
Office management combined with experience in budget administration.
Experience with ACGME regulations and compliance as they relate to Graduate Medical Education.
Familiarity with general administrative requirements and functions of LAC+USC Residency Programs.
Familiarity with general administrative requirements and functions of accredited Fellowship Programs
Experience with AMION system; understands importance of full compliance by the Department and its faculty providing services under the County Professional Services Agreement
Preferred Field of Expertise:
Office management experience combined with specialized knowledge of university policies and procedures, preferably those of USC.
