Sell or rent complete line of CRC-Evans products from sales catalog to pipeline contractors, and/or pipeline transmission companies. Develop and maintain customer base initiating documentation of orders, specifications, delivery, transportation, service and rental returns for international customers.
Receives inquiries for parts and equipment from pipeline contractors and transmission companies.
Provides quotation for parts and equipment for all Domestic Inquiries.
Initiates documentation of rental or sale and develops contract with requirements and specifications.
Determines shipping requirements and necessary documentation.
Initiates Warehouse Equipment Order, and enters data into main computer system.
Coordinates the inquiries with other sales representatives and the Domestic Sales Coordinator.
Initiates research into current price and delivery time schedules for equipment and parts and advises customer of findings.
Initiates Service reports, invoices for service billings, credit and debit memos, commission credits, standard and rental invoices.
Initiates updating of monthly and quarterly sales and rental forecasts, lost order reports, forecasts of potential sales and rentals, sales kits, and data entry of repeat orders.
Negotiates rental rates and sales prices for special items.
Provides technical assistance to the customer and acts as a liaison between customer and other departments in company.
Initiates correspondence with customers.
Follows industry developments that may have a bearing on future marketing or manufacturing.

High school education or equivalent.
Five years’ experience in sales or marketing background.
Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a group situation.
Working knowledge of pipeline equipment and pipeline construction.
Fundamental knowledge of personal computer word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to handle stressful, fast-paced environment.
