Job Details:
The Vice President Clinical Integration is responsible for organizing each clinical program, mentoring the
Executive Director, assisting with the establishment of financial, quality, patient experience and
operational metrics for the clinical group. The Vice President will support the clinical program
leadership group in achieving their annual goals, growth and development. The incumbent participates
in and contributes to the growth and development of the clinical programs across the continuum of care
at LUHS, the clinical program affiliate relationships and with Trinity Health sister organizations. The Vice
President will also participate in the development of new clinical programs and groups, preparation for
movement to population based care and leverage the Epic platform for clinical integration and new
models of care within LUHS and the external referring community
PLANNING: Participates in planning activities and the development of
clinical program goals.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: In collaboration with clinical program and
healthcare system leadership, establishes standards and strategic
initiatives for quality patient service which focus on a goal of positive
patient outcomes
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Assists the clinical programs in the
development of capital and operational budgets to ensure appropriate
allocation of resources to support operational programs and meet
organizational goals
DIRECTING: With Nursing and Clinical Leadership, establishes standards
for quality and patient service. Coordinates, assesses, and approves
special projects
ORGANIZING RESOURCES: Arranges systems, functions and resources
within span of control to maximize quality of service/high patient
satisfaction and/or efficient operations, as well as to achieve
organizational objectives
TEAM-BUILDING: Fosters positive team collaboration and staff
development to facilitate efficient operations, employee engagement and
achievement of patient service/safety/satisfaction goals.
COMMUNICATION: Provides effective communication to administration,
faculty, management and staff to establish understanding of the
organization mission and strategic goals necessary to achieve
organizational goals
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Actively engages in professional
development to maintain current skills and knowledge of environment
trends, clinical developments and business opportunities.

Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Masters Degree (MBA, MPH or related)
Required: 10+ years of previous job-related experience
