As the Senior HR Supervisor for our Florence, SC. plant, you will work to assist the HR Manager with the implementation of all human resource and safety to meet or exceed company and plant requirements under minimal direction. You will help create an engaging plant environment as you manage all employee relations from recruiting, maintain required documentation, create and maintain employee personal records, and maintain CHESS reporting system for safety. Familiarity with workers compensation will ensure your sucess in conducting case management. Your experience with both union and non-union plants, will put your resume ahead of the rest and is a requirement for this position. You will be our point person for all health and safety training so previous experience being a part of audits, helping enforce safety rules and implementing classes and training on these topics will serve you well in this role. Your ability to mirror our open door policy environment, coupled with your strength in motivating and respecting employees will lead to your success in employee relations as you walk the manufacturing floor interacting with employees.
