Customer Service Rep - Parking

The successful parking customer service repo must be able to pass background investigation and have the ability to work long hours in extreme environmental conditions. All customer service reps must be able to greet and direct Stock Show guests with a pleasant and problem-solving approach.

All new customer service reps must attend an orientation class and have the ability to comprend all new parking fee policies and procedures for the National Western Stock Show.

Must have exceptional communication skills along with a positive service approach and have the ability to move to different locations quickly. Works well with others parking team members and have the ability to instruct and assist new employees on post is vitally important. Other skills include the ability to track and maintain lot empty space counts, keep the lots full at all times when busy, use the radio only when needed and listen to ongoing radio traffic to better assist guests. Follows instructions from the parking director, manager and supervisors or leads assisgned to them daily. Must have the ability to lift 25-50 lbs.

Important working Conditions

These are outdoor positions in extreme weather and long shifts. We recommend clothing for any weather changes to be brought to work daily and that you bring water and refreshments with you to your post.

The positions may also have cashier responsibilities, so ability to quickly make change and assume responsibility for cash on hand is critical. Previous cashiering experience in a high paced environment is preferred.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and successfully pass background investigation.
