Responsible for data analytics and additional support of Performance Improvement (PI) and pay for performance (P4P) programs. Includes development and modification of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, and information dissemination. Supports, coordinates, and tracks provider enrollment and eligibility of P4P programs. Works to stay informed of current P4P requirements and advises department and leadership on program requirements and updates. Advises department and leadership of variances in information and data tracked. Education: HS diploma required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred.

Knowledge: Knowledge of management principles to assist in problem solving. Knowledge of the organization, functions, and the varied programs managed and administered throughout. Knowledge of budget management and planning and the ability to assess implications of program and projects on the budget and conformance to organizational goals and objectives

Work Experience: A minimum of five years of related experience in health care.
