Act as the primary resource for all customer-related issues pertaining to the standards, implementation and delivery of the home city air program documentation. As such, this position will assist not only the customer and travel agent, but also internal departments who require information and assistance regarding Air/Sea and Documentation services.
Secure air, adhering to standard air costs.
Verify accuracy & standard air cost guidelines prior to ticketing issuance.
Respond service to email, voice mail & incoming calls regarding air and cruise policy and procedures.
Follow guidelines and policy when responding/providing service and process work to email, voicemail and inbound call regarding documentation, immigration, and on-line check in process.
Interact with all departments in coordination of air reservations.
Assist with interrupted services (trip delay, cancels, weather, delayed ship).
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Maintain schedule adherence as assigned by Management.
Ensure and adhere to phone and Airplus goals and performance objectives.
- Airline CRS training, one year experience preferred
- Knowledge of HAL products
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility regarding peak-time work requirements
