High volume, fast paced Seafood/Steak restaurant seeking experienced Front of the House Manager
The Front of House Manager oversees all aspects of the operating the front of the house to please the patrons of the restaurant by providing the best pleasant dining experience.
Serves patrons by managing reservations; scheduling, training and supervising personnel Maintains front of the house staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. Maintains front of the house staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Ensure all guests receive the highest quality products, services and actively participate in the guest dining experience.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills Basic computer skills Strong communication and leadership skills Must understand high volume operations High energy Able to function under limited supervision Able to climb stairs and life up to 50 pounds Knowledgeable of food and beverage products, preparations, and presentations. Flexible work Schedule (50 hours per week standard) Understand Budgetary goals and work to promote revenue and control costs
This position is being trained for a future move to Omaha NE and a future advancement to General Manager.
