Occupational Health Manager
This position, under the direction of the CNO and CEO will be responsible for the development, marketing, administration, and implementation of a small hospitals new occupational health department. This position will be mostly Monday through Friday Day shifts, with 24 hour responsibility. The manager will work with both the community in developing new programs and products, analyzing costs, and marketing the organization, as well as the hospital to develop and implement specific occupational health programs for specific departments such as the ICU and the Emergency room.
This position does not require a clinical background, although it is preferred. This position does require 3-6 years of experience within an Occupational Health department for an organization, preferably a hospital. Previous experience starting or expanding an occupational health department is strongly desired. Knowledge of California occupational laws and regulations is required.
The pay range on this position is $80,000 to $105,000. Relocation assistance is available.
