Skill in communicating with positive impact - to include negotiation and persuasive skills. Specific Job Description THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION. The Systems Integration Business Analyst Principle will provide critical technical and subject matter support to Lockheed Martin's suite of projects supporting the critical mission functions of the Social Security Administration. Located west of Baltimore in Woodlawn, MD, Lockheed Martin's SSA Programs provide the full spectrum of information technology solutions to the agency.
Specifically, the Systems Integration Business Analyst Principle will perform the following duties:
Provide expert analysis and recommendations regarding the impact of various policies, strategies, and legislation upon SSA programs;
Provide expert analysis and recommendations regarding enterprise-wide information technology solutions across a wide range of SSA systems and business processes;
Provide critical review of and input to proposals for new business;
Identify critical systems requiring enhancement or tuning, and provide recommended solutions;
Assist with validation of software deliverables to ensure compliance with customer functional requirements;
Provide SME knowledge across a wide array of SSA policies, processes, and strategies;
Create communications protocols and initiate structured stakeholder communications.
