Manage candidates through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process.
Build strong relationships with Sourcers, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure you have sufficient candidate pipeline.
Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates.
Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
2 years Human Resources experience in recruiting-related, administrative or client-facing work.
Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
Demonstrated ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to Google's recruitment efforts based on client needs.
Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations; influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
Attention to accuracy of highly detailed information in documents or electronic files; solve problems based on due diligence of information.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
