Job Description
At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting industry leading talent. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and execute on Pest Sales and Field Service talent stream strategies and partner with hiring managers to hire sales leaders. In this role you will provide work direction for a team of 3 recruiters to deliver world- class talent to the field organization, partner with the Pest business to execute strategy and ensure that our talent acquisition strategy is executed with consistency and in line with industry best practices. Main Responsibilities:

Provide work direction, coaching and mentoring to Pest Talent Acquisition Specialists and assistant

Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiatives

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to leaders to define and establish new programs and process related to hiring and selection strategies

Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications including, experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit, total reward requirements and work authorization

Create and execute queries and searches for qualified candidates

Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates

Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc.

Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities in order to create efficiencies and collaborate on marketplace talent opportunities

Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts

Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs

Build and support strong partnerships with all business leaders. Identify areas of need for change management strategies and build action plans to execute change to address

those needs

Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by, analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement recommendations

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field

7+ years professional human resources experience

5+ Years progressive full lifecycle recruitment experience

1+ years leadership experience

Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in HRIR or MBA

3+ years of sales or service recruitment experience

Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates, sales leadership and hiring managers

Knowledgeable in employment law and hiring practices to include OFCCP requirements

PC skills including in-depth Internet and database knowledge and working proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Kenexa BrassRing experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships

Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers

Proactive, innovative and problem solving skills

Collaborative team player

Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
