The Enterprise Solution Architect is a technical leader, responsible for the architecture of Equifax USCIS Technology customer solutions. This individual will be recognized as an expert within the company, sought out to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on revenue growth. This individual will identify new and unique client opportunities while seeding long term product strategies for the company and manage a team of solution architects.
The Enterprise Solution Architect will be able to develop deep, trusted relationships with clients at all levels, including executives, business owners and IT professionals, translating IT capabilities into the appropriate industry business value. This position requires maintaining clarity on current industry challenges and thought leadership in the application of technology in the Financial Services and Telecommunications verticals.
The Enterprise Solution Architect will engage in pre-sales activities to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and leverage Equifax USCIS Technology capabilities fully and effectively. This position will support teams by developing sales and proposal material, scoping, planning, and defining target business process and architecture deliverables. Lastly, this architect will be able to adeptly convey an industry value proposition and translate it to existing or proposed USCIS Technology solution projects.

Makes decisions within general functional, company and industry guidelines and develops recommendations for improvements or new solutions, demonstrating a willingness to shoulder personal risk for the sake of moving forward
Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
Guides the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services within Equifax by defining expectations and goals for the future state and generating excitement from others
Drives the achievement of cross-functional business objectives (e.g., customer, financial, operational)
Guides customers to make strategic decisions that appropriately balance their competing needs for short-and long-term goals
10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large data and analytics-based application systems is required. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
10+ years of experience in consulting and presenting customer solutions in dynamic environments
Understanding of 2+ industries across Banking/Financial Services, Telecommunications, and/or Retail, the underlying data and functionality necessary to execute business processes
Consumer and commercial risk management and marketing industry knowledge
Communication experience directly to a customer's technical and business decision-makers
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline required
Ability to travel 25% plus on a regular basis
