Manage the network connectivity, data, and voice communication aspects of all applications and systems across all divisions of the company
Receive and respond to incoming Helpdesk phone calls, emails, or walkups regarding software, hardware, Web site, or networking problems in a courteous and professional manner
Demonstrate analytical ability in solving moderate problems in troubleshooting client PC and Local Area Network (LAN)
Knowledge and minimum requirements:
- Two or more years of network administration experience at a junior level, utilizing system software and hardware, as well as voice and data communications
- Working knowledge of local area network administration
- Working technical knowledge of Microsoft PC and Server operating systems and applications, including Windows XP, 7, and 2003 Server and 2008 Server, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
