Manage the network connectivity, data, and voice communication aspects of all applications and systems across all divisions of the company

  • Receive and respond to incoming Helpdesk phone calls, emails, or walkups regarding software, hardware, Web site, or networking problems in a courteous and professional manner

  • Demonstrate analytical ability in solving moderate problems in troubleshooting client PC and Local Area Network (LAN)

  • Knowledge and minimum requirements:
    • Two or more years of network administration experience at a junior level, utilizing system software and hardware, as well as voice and data communications

    • Working knowledge of local area network administration

    • Working technical knowledge of Microsoft PC and Server operating systems and applications, including Windows XP, 7, and 2003 Server and 2008 Server, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
