Director of Nursing, RN in Home Health Implements and supervises all patient care activities. Employs licensed/certified personnel. Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies. Provides supervision, orientation, education and inservices. Provides timely evaluation of health care personnel. Serves as a liaison between staff and management. Conducts meetings with the Medical Director as needed. Participates in strategic planning. Directs patient care. Participates in QA/QI plan and processes. Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care. SIGN-ON BONUS
