Sales Representative – Berlin, WI
This is a full time, exempt level position.
Position Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative position will be actively involved with promoting fertilizers and crop protection products and other services offered by ADM. The position will assist with recommendations to ensure timely support and follow up to maintain a high standard of service and will actively seek to grow and expand the business. This position reports dually to the Berlin, WI location manager and the Sales Manager.
Position Requirements:
Prior sales experience and knowledge, preferably in the Agriculture Industry
Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time.
Ability to complete and maintain Call Reports
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Basic Computer Literacy
