Coordinates project/contract support staffing activities and the daily flow of administrative operations for several projects/contracts, under minimal direction and supervision. Provides direct project/contract support either in an administrative or project/contract secretarial capacity. Duties and tasks are non-routine, requiring frequent independent judgment. Possesses thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, which apply to the administration of multiple projects, as well as general knowledge of company policies and processes.

Has direct supervisory responsibility for one or more Accounting, Regional Office Coordinator and Document Control Staff. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory duties include assigning project support staff, training, directing or coordinating day-to-day activities, assisting with goal developments. Works closely with project management to ensure adequate support is provided. Plays a significant role in developing and/or administering and communicating project-related policies and procedures.

Contributes to the development of other department or company initiatives. Directs majority of time to reviewing or managing administrative operations, such as budgets, communications, staffing, training, facilities planning, policy exceptions, and resolving conflicts and problems. Frequently interacts with upper management on related project issues, as well as external clients.Supervises work of others. Conduct contract reviews and developments.

Ensures that invoices are approved. Provides marketing support. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years relevant experience preferred.
