Marketing/Enrollment Manager (FT)
Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the enrollment process to meet census projections, including evaluating prospective participants for eligibility, assuring timeliness of paperwork completion, and working with the LIFE team and outside agencies through the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include assisting with marketing and outreach relationship development and strategic planning. Bachelor’s degree from 4 year college or university in Marketing or related field and 1 to 2 years related experience. One year of experience with the geriatric population. Must have excellent organization and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and with external contacts. Must have a working knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid systems. Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to prioritize assignments. Must have working knowledge of word, excel, and access. Must be flexible.
