Candidates MUST be able to work every position in the kitchen! Fresh pasta, fresh seafood, aged meats & wood fired brick oven experience preferred.

Ability to lead and train a large staff is key.
MINIMUM 3 years kitchen experience required
Culinary education preferred but not a must.
