The Application Business Analysts provide functional support for all Business Intelligence Applications. Assist in the functional enhancement and implementation of Business Intelligence Applications across all Business Units. Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests,
assist in the definition/prioritization of upcoming releases. Understand what functionality is available as well as what has been implemented. Advise on new solutions, integration and functionality enhancements. Understand the impact a process change might have on the system and are able to guide the process definitions accordingly. Consult with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input/output requirements. Provide end-user instruction and support to enhance utilization of information technology. Provide resolution to support issues, and are responsible for escalation procedures while retaining ownership of the issues. Write new user documentation for new applications. Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to new users. Guide users in the implementation of business processes. Provide detailed business requirements specifications for developers, process definition outlines and flows, maintain and update application specific documentation. Assist in the development, coordination and implementation plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing. Lead functional acceptance testing of patches and upgrades.

-Meet with business partners, Product Owners, and Solution Leads (business unit, functional area, etc.) to understand current system needs, future goals and help to establish realistic timetables for completion
-Facilitate/Execute efforts related to system changes (programming, testing, performing system set up, etc.)
-Assist/develop presentation portion of BI Solution to enhance end-user experience
-Develop necessary documentation associated with recommended business system changes
-Meet with internal IT staff to communicate/educate the business desired system changes
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Strong understanding of business requirements and needs
-Thorough knowledge Business Solution(s) being supported
-Ability to work effectively with cross functional departments
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
