Promotes and maintains a high level of customer
satisfaction through total customer care. Identifies
potential customer issues and makes recommendations for
solutions to management. Performs all levels of software
diagnostic procedures. Performs system hardware
installations/setup, upgrades, hardware configuration
changes, and field change orders. Performs complex software
installations and operating system administration functions
for Linux, Windows and Irix. Performs network configuration
and management functions for Ethernet, InfiniBand and
serial networks. Performs storage system hardware diagnosis
and repair. Performs system administration and management
function for cluster installations. Utilizes system tools,
diagnostics, online databases, and technical documentation
to expedite repair efforts. Follows escalation guidelines
to minimize customer impacts. Provides complete and timely
reporting of repair activities, parts usage, and billable
activities. Teams with sales by keeping them informed of
account activity/escalations, assisting in equipment
proposals and account planning sessions as appropriate.
Uses appropriate interpersonal skills to set and exceed
customer expectations. Actively seeks to understand
customers business and promotes opportunities to
partner/proactively support their needs.

Job Requirements:
5 years of technical field experience or equivalent
experience required. - Bachelors degree in related field
preferred. - Related industry certifications preferred
(Security+, Linux+, etc.) Security Clearance required.
