Testing Subsea Project Mechanical Engineers with 10+ years of experience needed immediately to oversee and provide project management and leadership for a global oilfield services company. (2) positions will be home based out of the UK and (2) positions will be home based out of the US. These are direct hire opportunities that will offer relocation assistance.Responsibilities:-> Supervise Well testing (Tubing Conveyed Perforating, Drill Stem Testing, Data Acquisition Services, Subsea Safety Systems and Surface Well Testing) projects 80% offshore 20% onshore-> Lead teams to accomplish project objectives, manage time and resources to ensure that project is completed efficiently-> Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or work environment-> Take action to improve existing conditions and processes identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact-> Willingness and availability to travel worldwide and work onshore or offshore in a multilingual / multicultural environment-> Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and has ability to create relationships to help achieve business objectivesRequirements:-> BS Mechanical Engineering with Minimum of 10+ years of oil and gas industry experience-> 100% International travel working onshore and offshore-> Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred-> Completions and Coil Tubing experience-> English proficiency (verbal/written) and additional language skills (verbal/written) a plusBenefits:-> Excellent benefits Related Words: oil & gas,testing & subsea,well testing,project management,offshore,onshore,exploration,100% travel
