Responsible for ensuring the customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables working with various electronic medical record (EMR) packages focused on the Centricity line. The major emphasis is on planning projects, running meetings, providing financial estimates, problem resolution and driving tasks to completion. Broad technical knowledge of networking, security, infrastructure and operating systems in a hosted environment is preferred. This position serves as a single point of contact for multiple business units and must be able to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:
Ability to Multitask: The ability to run up to 20 concurrent projects across multiple environments with shifting priorities and demands.
Self-Organization: Review tasks and due dates, schedule work according to priority and available resources. Work unsupervised as necessary.

PMI Practices:
Five phases of project management – Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling , and Closing.
Triple Constraint – Scope, Time, Cost
Stakeholder management – Ability manage multiple stakeholders across different business groups.
Integration management – Project charters, project plans, change controls, review meetings, lessons-learned
Time management – Gantt charts, critical path analysis, crashing, fast tracking, schedule performances measurements.
Communications management – Kick-off meetings, conflict management, status and progress reports.
Coordinate Status Meetings: Lead and present in multiple status meetings with remote staff. Capture meeting notes; communicate with various levels of leadership. Drive meeting agendas
Broad understanding of multiple IT technologies: Hardware, Operating Systems, SAN / NAS, Networking, Security, Active Directory, Virtualization, Databases and Middleware / applications.
Global Matrix Environment: Plan projects and work with global resources in a global matrix environment with shared resources.
ASP / Hosted Datacenters: Plan projects for various EMR solutions in a ASP / Hosted model.
Microsoft Project: Familiarity with MS Project, creating project plans and Gantt charts.
Lean / Six Sigma concepts: Process Improvement, workflows, DMAIC, cycle time reduction

Qualifications:
5+ years in Project Management
5+ years in IT
PMP Preferred
Lean / Six Sigma
