Job Summary:
Serve guests through selling and providing outstanding customer service, generating and processing sales using approved systems, merchandising and protecting all Company assets.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide outstanding services to customers with timely greetings and solid knowledge of all products

Maintain an awareness of all promotions and offers available to customers.

Assist in setup of displays, floor movements and any housekeeping of the store or remote kiosk location(s).

Monitor stock levels of all items and assist in presenting a fully stocked status.

Assist customers with product location and information

Process sales through POS

Collect email addresses

Engage with customers to drive sales

Required Skills

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent or students with appropriate work permits.

Evidence of exemplary customer service inclination and the ability to interact with a wide variety of customer types.

Demonstrated computer proficiency with experience in point of service programs and using a laptop computer.

Evidence of highly developed, enthusiastic communication skills (written and verbal).

Proven ability to read and understand training materials, merchandise descriptions or other written documents.

Evidence of basic math skills, including ability to count accurately and handle cash transactions.
